A video installation with continuous loop DVDs representing a portion of the cameras that are recording most of our public moves, these individual sets of eyes collectively ask the question of: who is watching whom?

Frances Bagley (1946) is an American sculptor who was born in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Her sculptures are made from many different materials including metal, stone, human hair and fabric. Recently she has also included video into her art. She lives and works in Dallas,Texas.
