Mirjamsvideos: AERO

Video installation

‘AERO’ is that which cannot be captured in words, concepts. It is that which moves all.
‘AERO’ has no form, though as a work of art shows itself in many forms, or, as a play of form in formlessness, never to achieve completion, always staying in that wonderful playful state.

‘AERO’, a musical composition of 6 videos by João Madeira and mirjamsvideos.

mirjamsvideos, born in the Netherlands 1983. Obtained a Masters degree in Photography at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp, Belgium in 2008. Currently residing in Lisbon, Portugal.

Through videos almost as still as photographs mirjamsvideos show that which often goes unnoticed; the incredible beauty that surrounds us in our ordinary lives. They are silent things, as normal as they can be, but for whomever willing to see it, they are sublime.
